Flights to Nagoya from Kuala Lumpur by AirAsia X


Now there is one more and cheaper alternative to fly to Nagoya from Kuala Lumpur. Long-haul budget airline AirAsia X has started direct flights from Kuala Lumpur to Nagoya (Japan) four times a week using Airbus A330-300 aircraft on the route. Kuala Lumpur – Nagoya route makes Nagoya AirAsia X’s third destination in Japan after Tokyo and Osaka.

AirAsia X's inaugural flight to Nagoya from KL carrying 341 passengers, a 90% passenger load arrived at Chubu Centrair International Airport on March 17th 2014.

Nagoya, the third-largest incorporated city and the fourth most populous urban area in Japan, is 50 minutes away from Osaka and 1 hour 40 minutes from Tokyo by train. Nagoya is one of the nation's major economic centers and the Detroit of Japan since many of Japanese automotive companies are based in Nagoya. Nagoya – Kuala Lumpur flights will connect this major Japanese hub to South East Asia and promote tourism in Malaysia. Nagoya being a scenic and historical destination is also a nice tourist destination in Japan.

To celebrate the launch of Nagoya – KL route, AirAsia X is now offering launch fares from MYR 299 (JPY 11,000) in Economy Class and MYR 999 (JPY 29,900) in Premium Class to Nagoya from Kuala Lumpur. Fly Thru launch fares are also available from selected destinations in Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, India and Vietnam to Nagoya. Bookings are available online from 18 to 30 March 2014 for travel between 19 March and 30 September 2014.
