I have recently photographed this stunning sculpture in Orchard Road Singapore. Created by renowed multidisciplinary Russian artist Dashi Namdakov, the sculture is named "Centaur with a Stone". Inspired by fantasy, folklore and myth, the Centaur with a Stone is a representation of independence and rebellion. Part man and part horse, the sculture exudes an impulsive and primeval power of these liminal beings and an embodiment of untamed nature.
