Brand new Panda Inn E'MEI CITY has opened its 32 giant panda themed rooms to travelling panda lovers in Eshanzhen, Mount Emei (China) last month. Mount Emei, where the hotel is located, is home to the world's largest population of the endangered giant pandas.
Panda Inn E'MEI CITY's 32 rooms will feature specially customized black and white furniture, panda soft toys, pillow cases and wall paintings. Each room type (single, twin and double) also differs with themes ranging from anime and film to embroidery and tea culture, according to CNN Travel. Nights at panda paradise will start from RMB 344 (S$68) during the hotel's opening promotion. Regular rates are RMB 688 per night, reported CNN Travel.
The real deal, alive and kicking giant pandas are just a two-hour drive from the hotel at the Chengdu Breeding and Research Centre. The center houses captive-born giant pandas.
