We have written before about Sire Ma's (馬賽) lesbian relationship with mainland Chinese film producer Wang Ziqi (汪子琦). The couple was seen kissing on the streets of Shanghai. As if a woman cannot have lesbian relationship, Hong Kong media such as Popularasians.com continues to call the relationship as Sire Ma (馬賽) lesbian scandal. Scandal is a stupid name given to this incident by close-minded people. Scandal is maybe something like cheating, getting caught nude or leak video in "action". A relationship is not a scandal even it is a homosexual one. I wish Hong Kong media some way to bring their mind to 2013, a year many countries have started to accept and legalized homosexual marriages yet alone accepting a homosexual relationship.

According to Popularasians.com,  Sire Ma's career is at risk as TVB asked her to take two months rest and vendors dropped her from promotional events. Also Wang Ziqi’s ex-girlfriend, Laura Lee, claims Sire stole her lover:

 “Sire Ma lied to me. She told me she was going to Chongqing to visit her mother. When I returned to Shanghai, I discovered that Wang Ziqi changed all of her passwords in her phone. She constantly received WeChat messages, and they were all from Sire Ma.”

Laura confronted the pair in a coffee shop in Hong Kong. Sire admitted that she has been dating Ziqi since September. “She also told me that Wang Ziqi was happier with her and demanded me to back out. She said Wang Ziqi didn’t love me and being together would be useless. I was beyond embarrassed.”

Is Sire Ma in a lesbian relationship with Wang Ziqi?

Update: Hong Kong based Chinese actress Sire Ma (馬賽) has been photographed kissing Wang Ziqi (汪子琦) according to some media outlets:

Despite her explanation that Chinese talent agent Wang Ziqi was only a friend, actress Sire Ma was recently caught behaving intimately with the wealthy businesswoman.
According to Mingpao website, the 26-year-old actress, who took a two-month vacation to Europe with Wang earlier, was spotted in Shanghai with Wang last week.

The two women set tongues wagging when they were photographed holding hands and smooching frequently at the airport and in the restaurant. They were also caught kissing passionately on the streets, unfazed by the attention from passers-by.

When asked about their relationship, Sire, who attended an event in Hong Kong on 5 November, replied, "The reports were out of context. Only time will tell the kind of person I am and what happened at the time."

Is  Hong Kong based Chinese actress Sire Ma (馬賽) in lesbian relationship? According to PopularAsians web site, Sire Ma took a two-month trip to Europe with wealthy mainland talent agent Wang Ziqi (汪子琦). Since she has earlier admitted that she is currently dating, everybody was expecting to see her partner next to her in the trip. When the two women appeared close in photos that Wang shared on her Weibo profile, people rumored that Sire Ma is lesbian:

The sources also noted that Ms. Wang had paid for Sire’s entire vacation, suggesting that Sire is being “kept” and possibly using this relationship to further her mainland activities.

Wang Ziqi (汪子琦) according to sources is the former mainland manager for Kenix Kwok (郭可盈) and leaked the evidence of Frankie Lam (林文龍) cheating in the marriage in 2009. Ms. Wang was jailed for extortion. Since she left prison, Ms. Wang’s luck turned and her film and beauty business thrived. Ms. Wang regularly mixes with celebrities and her good friends include Rosamund Kwan (關之琳) and Carina Lau (劉嘉玲).

Sire Ma (born 31 July 1987) is a Chinese actress based in Hong Kong. She was the 2nd runner up at the Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2008, simultaneously winning the Miss Photogenic Award. She later went to participate in the Miss International 2008, but was unplaced. She is currently attending Hong Kong Baptist University.
