Last December Jetstar Asia had a very popular promotion to celabrate its 8th birthday: Take a friend free promotion. During this promotion for every passenger who booked a specially marked sale Economy Starter fare, another Economy Starter fare was free for only the Jetstar budget flights from Singapore. And now, this promotion is back. If you book a specially marked sale economy Starter fare, you will receive another economy Starter fare for free until 15 May 2013 (12 midnight SGT), unless sold out prior.
To enjoy the free ticket, you must include all travelling passengers (including the free passengers) in the one booking for travel on the same flight. Also a minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 passengers per booking applies. You can make bookings which include an odd number of passengers; however the last passenger will not receive a free fare. Sale fares come with carry-on baggage only. You can choose between 15kg - 40kg checked baggage for an additional $14 - $80 per passenger, per flight. Additional baggage charges vary by route.
