Jetstar Asia became the first budget airline in Singapore to launch Straight To Gate, an innovative service designed to save time for our passengers departing Singapore. From November 27 2013, Straight to Gate is on the following Jetstar routes departing from Singapore Changi Airport only: Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Phuket, Hong Kong, Yangon, Siem Reap, Penang, Ho Chi Minh City, Phnom Penh, Jakarta, Hangzhou, Bali (Denpasar), Surabaya, Medan, Shantou, Guangzhou, Taipei and Haikou.
Passengers will be able to bypass the check-in counters and head directly to immigration and the departure gate, using just the self-printed boarding pass. Simply check-in online between 48 hours and 2 hours before the flight departure, select your seat and print the boarding pass. If you are travelling with just carry-on baggage only, and have no visa or other entry requirements, you will be eligible to use the Straight to Gate service.
