Enjoy wonderful festive tunes presented by the talented handbell ringers from Ministry of Bellz in the lead up to Christmas on 1, 8’ 15 and 22 December from 3.30pm to 4.00pm at the hotel lobby. The renowned “Hwa Chong Voices” choir will also spread the joy of the season with their amazing festive tunes at 5.00pm and 8.30pm on 24 December, and 1.30pm and 3.30pm on 25 December.

Festive Feasts at Town Restaurant 
From 1 to 29 December, gather your loved ones on Sundays and enjoy a splendid afternoon of sumptuous brunch favourites at Town Restaurant’s renowned Sunday Champagne Brunch. Pamper yourself with a smorgasbord of both Asian and Western delicacies ranging from classic breakfast favourites, tasteful pastas, quality roasts, fresh crustaceans, eggs and foie gras served a la minute, a divine cheese selection and an extensive range of desserts, all generously prepared to ring in the festive atmosphere.

Enjoy the accompaniment of joyful live music whilst you dine on special luxurious highlights including Traditional Parmesan Christmas Tortellini with Capon Broth, Champagne Laced Risotto served in a Parmesan Wheel with shaved Black Truffle and a selection of French cellar affined, New World and Italian Cheeses. For seafood lovers, fresh crustaceans such as Boston Lobsters, Juicy Live Prawns, Snow Crabs and Freshly Shucked Oysters and Japanese Sashimi will satiate your every craving.

While the grownups make merry at the restaurant, children can participate in fun-filled activities in a dedicated room including face-painting, colouring activities and balloon-sculpting, or simply watch the screening of captivating cartoons. 

The festive Sunday Champagne Brunch at Town Restaurant is available from 12pm to 3.30pm at S$168* per person inclusive of unlimited Champagne, or S$128* per person with unlimited juices and soda, and S$64* for children between 6 and 11 years old.

On Christmas Eve, pique your appetite with an extravagant Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet at Town Restaurant. Priced at $198* per adult on 24 December, countdown to Christmas and toast to your loved ones with the free flow of Champagne. On Christmas Day, continue the feasting with a repertoire of 100 culinary highlights at the Christmas Day Champagne Brunch priced at $298* per adult or plan a gathering in the evening at Town Restaurant where you can gaze at the sights along the charming Singapore River. Indulgent festive dinner treats at our special Christmas Day Champagne Buffet Dinner include a 36-hour Slow-cooked Wagyu Leg with Yorkshire Pudding and Wild Mushroom Sauce, Honey Glazed Champagne Ham with Pineapple, as well as the classic Roasted Turkey. It is available at S$158* per person, with unlimited Champagne. 

A special “bouncy castle” will also be set up to keep the kids occupied during the Christmas Champagne Brunch on 25 December from 12.30pm till 4.00pm.

Christmas Dining with a View at The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar
From 27 November to 30 December, take your celebrations to a literal high, and enjoy an intimate 4-course dinner at The Lighthouse which is perched atop The Fullerton Hotel against the resplendent backdrop of Marina Bay. Priced at $138* per person, let Executive Chef Sandro Falbo indulge you with delectable Southern Italian highlights such as Boston Lobster and Giant Octopus with Sweet Tropea Onion and Crispy Pancetta, Handmade Ravioli filled with Zampone and served on Braised Castellucio Lentils, Roasted Black Cod and Sicilian Red Prawns with Celery Puree, Saffron Potatoes and Amalfi Citrus Emulsion, and Panettone served with Bronte Pistachio Ice Cream and Sabayon Sauce to wrap up the meal. 

On 24 and 25 December (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), take your dining experience up a notch with an exquisite 5-course dinner. Priced at $198* per person inclusive of a glass of Champagne and panettone, relish beautiful creations such as Alaskan Crab Soup served with Garlic and Paprika Crouton Bread, and Pancetta-wrapped Beef Tenderloin with Porcini, Chanterelle, Shaved Truffle and Amarone Wine Sauce. 

Year-End Celebrations at Posts Bar
Gather friends and colleagues for a year-end celebratory lunch at Post Bar from 27 November to 30 December. Available from Monday to Friday at 12.00pm, Post Bar’s three-course festive lunch set is priced at $42* per person and includes savoury specialties such as Caramelised Walnut Apples and Endive Salad with Manuka Honey and Mustard Vinaigrette, Traditional Turkey carved to order with Classic Stuffing, Brussels Sprouts, Glazed Chestnuts, Roasted Butternut and Giblet Gravy, as well as a Warm Apple Strudel 
with Vanilla Ice Cream. 

Sensational Sweet Treats at The Courtyard 
In the lead up to the festive period, be charmed by chocolate at The Courtyard with a decadent presentation of exquisite Christmas-themed chocolate creations at the Chocolate Buffet. Indulge in a gourmet selection of pastries, tarts and cakes including the Manjari Chocolate Yule Log and Marshmallow Chocolate Yule Log, all of which are creatively fused with chocolate. Top your sensational experience off with a bespoke cup of premium hot chocolate prepared a la minute for guests who can choose from a selection of eight different percentages of cocoa densities. With Christmas in tow, the selection of treats will also include Christmas Puddings and cookies. Priced at $48* per adult and $24* per child, the Festive Chocolate Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday evening from 8.00pm to 11.00pm, 27 November till 30 December. 

Oriental Taste of Christmas 
For those who prefer to usher in the festive season with exquisite Chinese cuisine, Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng at Jade restaurant presents delectable festive creations on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The delightful six-course festive dinner, priced at $88* per person, will include mouthwatering items such as Sautéed Sliced Turkey with Assorted Mushroom and Snow Peas accompanied with Crispy Cheese Dumpling, Pan-fried Beef Tenderloin Fillet with Yam and Spiced Pumpkin Puree in Marmite Sauce accompanied with Wok-fried Glutinous Rice, as well as Simmered Egg Noodles with Boston Lobster.

Alternatively, choose to dine at Jade restaurant, which will be presenting two six-course dinner menus. Priced at $258* per person, enjoy free flowing Champagne paired with luscious Chinese highlights such as Braised Golden Bird Nest with Crab Meat in Superior Broth, Fried “Man Tou” stuffed with Chilli Crab Meat, as well as Sautéed Boston Lobster served with Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Golden Egg. 
Herald the New Year in a contemporary and chic setting at Post Bar with the signature Fullerton Slings, or select from a range of Caipirinhas, Martinis and Champagne cocktails from the extensive menu. At the stroke of midnight, experience The Fullerton Hotel’s traditional grand finale and watch the lobby transform into a magnificent wonderland when 13,000 balloons drop from 100 feet above, in a befitting welcome of the New Year and in celebration of The Fullerton Hotel’s grand 13th anniversary. The New Year’s Eve Countdown Party starts from 6.30pm and is priced at $108 nett, which comes with two glasses of Champagne, wine, beer or housepour. Guests will also be able to view the glorious fireworks from the hotel’s East Garden.
