Indulgent Celebrations at French Brasserie Clifford
Let the celebrations begin from 27 November till 23 December, with a delectable four course degustation festive dinner menu at Clifford. Priced at $95* per person, relish  exquisite presentations such as Foie Gras Terrine on Brioche, Grenoble’s Sauce of Lemon Caper and Crisp Croutons or Traditional Season Carved Turkey with Stuffing, Chestnut, Brussels Sprouts, Braised Cabbage and Giblet Gravy as well as a sweet Mont Blanc - Chestnut Cream Snow Meringue with Caramelised Chestnut. Couples enjoying the festive 
dinner menu may choose to pair their dinner with some bubbly at $268* per couple, inclusive of a free flow of Champagne.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, wine and dine in a gourmand’s sanctuary of epicurean excellence with a delightful six - course degustation dinner at Clifford. Priced at $198* per person, savour indulgent dishes such as Seared Scallops with Saffron Sauce and Caviar, Cognac Lobster Ravioli with Lobster Bisque, Halibut Fillet accompanied with Crisp - fried Artichoke and Truffle-laced Sabayon Sauce, and finish with a divine Chocolate Raspberry dessert, made with Dark Chocolate Manjari 64%. Toast to a wonderful Christmas celebration with a glass of Champagne per person, served with each set dinner. Couples may also opt to enjoy a bottle of Champagne with their dinner at $498* per couple.

Start your Christmas morning in extravagance as Clifford serves up a smorgasbord of fresh seafood, piping hot Christmas delights, selection of decadent main courses, splendid Cheese selection as well as sweet morsels of goodness for desserts at the Christmas Day Champagne Brunch from 12.30pm to 4.00pm. Feast on freshly shucked Oysters, Poached Live Prawns, Black Mussels and Boston Lobster and Roasted Wagyu with Rosemary Jus and Roasted Vegetables, and enjoy your favourite choice of main including Crisp - -fried Cod Morsels Beignet with Saffron Remoulade and French Fries and Honey Balsamic Pork Belly with Truffle Potato Cream & Caramelised Shallots amongst many others. Priced at $238* per adult, enjoy a free flow of Champagne with your decadent Christmas Brunch. The little ones may also enjoy their own festive fun in our dedicated Kids’ Activity Room – Silk Room, located on the 2nd floor of The Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Sweet Pleasures at The Landing Point 
In the lead up to the festive period, be charmed by chocolate at The Landing Point, our waterfront lounge that features panoramic views of the Marina Bay. Prepared by our talented team of Pastry Chefs at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, our Chocolate Buffet is a decadent presentation of exquisite Christmas - themed chocolate creations. Pamper yourself with a gourmet selection of pastries, tarts and cakes including the Manjari Chocolate Yule Log and Chocolate Marshmallow Yule Log, all of which are creatively fused with chocolate. With Christmas in tow, the selection of treats will also include Christmas Puddings and 
cookies. Priced at $48* per adult and $24* per child, the Festive Chocolate Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday evening from 8.00pm to 11.00pm, 27 November till 30 December.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, while your afternoon away with your loved ones in elegance with a leisurely Afternoon Tea at The Landing Point. Relish Christmas-themed pastries and cakes including Gingerbread Crème Brulee, Pistachio Financier with Bitter Chocolate, Minced Fruit Pie, a selection of Christmas Cookies, Festive Scones and Macaroons, as well as creative highlights including Lobster Salad Savoury Tart and Pulled Turkey and Fruit Mayo Open Sandwich, all served on a classic three-tier stand. Priced at $49* per adult and $25* per child, the Christmas Afternoon Tea is available from 3.00pm to 
5.30pm on 24 and 25 December.

Toast to the New Year at Clifford 
Start the New Year’s Eve revelry at Clifford with an exquisite seven-course degustation dinner set from 6.30pm. Priced at $298* per person, the dinner set includes dishes such as Seared Langoustine with Celeriac and Citrus Chive Jelly, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio laced with Parmesans Crisp and Cèpes, as well as Duck Supreme with Pan-seared Foie Gras, Puy Lentils, Balsamic Apple and Sweet Garlic Foam. For a decadent evening, the seven-course dinner is available along with a bottle of Champagne per couple at $796* for two persons. 

A New Year’s Eve Party Under the Stars at Lantern
Countdown to the New Year at The Fullerton Bay Hotel’s stylish rooftop bar Lantern, which offers one of the best views of Marina Bay and the magnificent fireworks display at midnight. Join the glamorous set and dance to the sexy beats by our resident DJ around the hotel’s gorgeous pool. Priced at $130 nett per person, each guest will enjoy two glasses of Champagne, house pour wine or beer. Large party groups of six will enjoy a table package priced at $1,300 nett, which includes two magnum-sized bottles of Champagne or premium spirit. 

Start the New Year with Get-togethers over Sumptuous Spreads
Toast to a new beginning with family and friends and start the New Year on a high note with a befitting feast at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Wake up to a luxurious New Year Champagne Brunch at Clifford and be spoilt for choice with our extensive selection. Dine on fresh seafood such as Fine De Claire Oysters, Poached Live Prawns, Black Mussels and Boston Lobster; alongside dishes such as Foie Gras Terrine, Parmesan Porcini-Jabugo Quiche and Roasted Angus Sirloin with Rosemary Jus and Roasted Vegetables, and choose from a selection of main courses including Eggs Benedict with Gammon Ham and Hollandaise Sauce, Clifford Lobster Laksa and Duck Confit with Bacon Sautéed Brussels Sprouts. Priced at $178* per person, diners will also enjoy free flowing Champagne during brunch from 12.30pm to 4.00pm on 1 January. 
For a lighter option, The Landing Point will offer the New Year Afternoon Tea set. Available on 1 January from 3.00pm to 5.30pm, enjoy an idyllic afternoon with an array of sweet and savoury delicacies. From the irresistible Berries and Chilled Champagne Sabayon, the classic Cucumber Sandwiches and sumptuous Truffle and Egg Salad Finger Sandwiches, to delicious warm scones, the experience is enhanced with a fine selection of teas. This delightful New Year Afternoon Tea set is priced at $49* per person.
