When I have last checked a 8 sq.m. standard single room with a single size bed was going for 104 SGD (rack rate on hotel's own web site for 200 SGD) and a 16 sq.m. Executive room equipped with a queen bed was going for 150 SGD (rack rate on hotel's web site is 350 SGD).
Location is the best part of the Porcelain Hotel. It is located right next to Chinatown MRT Station on Singapore's North East Line and you can go everywhere easily. Chinatown itself is the best area to stay in Singapore for many travellers. There are a lot of things to do, eat and try. There are many restaurants in the streets around the hotel and there is a big food center just opposite, in People's Park. It is so near to Singapore's Central Business District (CDB) that you can even walk from the hotel to the CDB.
